Meet the organic herb garden pest control system at the Queen Bee Cabin

Ladybird on Rosemary herb

It was a cold frosty morning , but it was nice to see one of our natural pest controllers on duty, clinging to a Rosemary bush. You can spot him/her easily in the above photo: a ladybird!.

We do not use chemicals or any other artificial stuff in growing the herbs at The Queen Bee Cabin organic herb garden! We rely on natural methods such as the ladybird in this picture, to keep the aphids population under control. Our Indian Runner ducks, who you may meet in future keep slugs in check.
